Billboard supersite developed at the rear of 501 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, the most easterly building designated within the CBD precinct. Originally 501 Adelaide Street was purchased in 2002 by our group in association with joint venture partners. This was an old 4 Storey Commercial CBD Building, largely tenanted.
The rear wall hosted a painted advertisement at the time of purchase. We obtained a Development Approval for a Billboard Supersite, and then developed the billboard as a financially successful revenue stream for the group. At the peak of the commercial cycle the property was sold in 2007 to the Meriton group for high-rise development.

2000m2 Commercial Reburbishment, purchased as a long-vacant building in poor condition, but excellently located on Wickham Street adjacent to a substantial car park and transport facilities. The purchase was negotiated in mid 2001, and settled in December 2001. Purchased as a vacant building in poor condition.
Fully refurbished to an excellent standard as commercial offices, and fully leased within 12 months to a range of tenants including SAAB, Garuva Restaurant, Mercury Advertising, Credit Union Management Services, and Infinity Group. The building was sold in 2006.

Purchased the Penthouse, Unit 25 Camelot Court, as part of a property trade. We considered the property to be over-priced, however it resolved the highly profitable sale of another project, and we decided to accept the trade.
We undertook internal demolition of the whole floor apartment (total area approximately 440m2), and completed a refurbishment design for the apartment. Concept designs for the refurbishment of the entire building, and alternate designs for a new building on the site.
Over a period of two years, we instigated and facilitated the successful consolidation for sale, and subsequent settlement, of all 25 units in the complex to Devine Limited.
