WELCOME TO BIG WICKHAM

Big Wickham is the nickname for a project situated on the airbridge across Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

The project incorporates a large format digital billboard facing Wickham Street, smaller format internal digital displays on the airbridge, and a substantial food and coffee cart also on the airbridge.

This project is the result of over nine years of painstaking work undertaken by numerous parties on behalf of Street Thompson Holdings Pty Ltd, who holds (on behalf of the Reid Valley Trust) a sublease over the airbridge for a term of approximately 40 years.

Expressions of Interest are now sought from parties interested in:

  • Securing the advertising representation contract to the core billboard – rental or revenue share; AND/OR
  • Securing the advertising representation rights to the internal digital displays – rental or revenue share; AND/OR
  • Securing the rights to exploit the approval for a food and coffee cart on the airbridge – rental; AND/OR
  • Purchasing the sublease in its entirety.

The rights above may be inclusive or exclusive of the capital works required to commence operation.
